Condition reporting
After you pay a deposit on any device listed on Lasertrade, the seller will be required to complete a condition report. This report should demonstrate:
- The cosmetic condition of the device
- The functional (working) condition of the device
- All inclusions
The report will be provided to you for your approval before you are required to pay for the device.
Secure payment handling
Your payment will be held securely until the sale is complete. This allows us to ensure:
- You can receive and check your order before the seller is paid.
- The option of a refund is available if something goes wrong.
- Your money is safe while the order is in process.
Order review
Once your order has been received, you will have three days to check that:
- The cosmetic condition matches what was shown in the seller's condition report.
- The functional condition matches what was shown in the seller's condition report.
- The inclusions match what was shown in the seller's condition report.
