International Buying Process

 

Note: This is the process for buyers located outside of Australia.

Once you have checked out a device and paid a non-refundable $99 deposit, you will be guided through the following steps to complete your order.

1. Choose courier

Once your non-refundable deposit is paid, we will prepare shipping options for you to review and select the option that best suits your needs. Shipping will be from the sellers address to a local Australian crating facility. The options available will depend on the freight specifications and pickup/drop off locations.

What you need to do
Review your options and choose the courier you are happy to proceed with.

2. Await condition report

After you confirm your courier, the seller will be asked to complete a condition report. The seller will take images and video of the device, which will be turned into a report for your review.

What you need to do

Just sit tight and wait to receive the sellers condition report.

If something goes wrong
If the seller fails to complete the report within the allocated time, the order will be cancelled

3. Review condition report

You will receive the sellers completed condition report, which includes pictures and video that should demonstrate:
  • Cosmetic condition
  • Functional condition
  • Inclusions

What you need to do

Review and approve the condition report

If something goes wrong

You can let us know if you find an issue with the report.

If the report is incomplete, we can request additional information from the seller and update it for your review.

If the report shows that the device is not as advertised, we will help to either resolve the issue with the seller or cancel the sale.

4. Pay outstanding 

We will provide payment options to secure your payment for the item/s

 What you need to do

Pay the outstanding order fee.

If something goes wrong
If you are unable to make the outstanding payment in time, your order will be cancelled.

If you are having issues with making payment, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

5. Await delivery

After your outstanding payment has cleared. You will be provided with shipping details once the order is picked up from seller. We will book the shipping with your chosen courier. The item will be delivered to an Australian crating facility ready for freight forwarding.

What you need to do

Organise your freight forwarding from the crating facility to your delivery location.

We will provide you with updates and timeframes to help you.

Warning: Once the order has arrived at the crating facility it becomes your responsibility and not the sellers. If you wish to insure your item/s for transit you will need to organise your own freight insurance. 

6. Order acceptance

Once the order arrives at the crating facility, it will be automatically accepted.

What you need to do

Ensure your freight forwarders pick up the order from the crating facility in a timely fashion.

If something goes wrong:
If you have any issues you can contact us.

If the item/s are not picked up from the crating facility in a timely manner you may incur additional costs, and the order may be returned to the seller.

7. Order complete

When the order is accepted upon arrival at the crating facility, the seller will receive their payment and your order will be complete.
