1. Ask questions
Ask questions to the seller to ensure you are well informed about the listing before committing to a sale.
Tip: make sure to ask specific question about anything you wish to know, including:
- Inclusions
- Condition
- Usage
- Known issues or defects

2. Do your research
Ensure you are buying the right device by:
- Researching the device and manufacturer
- Comparing against similar devices
- Researching purchase options for parts and consumables
- Researching options for service fees and maintenance
3. Make offers
You can make an offer to begin a negotiation with the seller. This will help you get the product you want at a price you are happy with.

4. Carefully inspect the condition report
After you pay the deposit on a listing, the seller will complete a condition report. Inspect it carefully to ensure you are satisfied with what the seller has provided.
If you have any concerns or additional questions or require any additional images or specific demonstrations, you can request them from the seller before accepting the condition report.
5. Use your order review period
Once your order has been delivered, you will have 3 business days to review your order.
Caution: Make sure someone is available during this period to ensure the order is as described and shown in the accepted device report. If there is a concern you must notify Lasertrade within 3 days of the device delivery.
