# Support

### Need to speak to someone? Here's how you can reach our friendly support staff

**Important: Support will be unavailable from 5pm the 22nd of December until 9am the 2nd January.**

#### **Support hours**

Our support staff are available **Monday Friday between 9am - 5pm AEST**

Note: support will be unavailable on public holidays and during the Christmas period.

#### **How to reach us**

You can reach us via the following methods:

**Open up a chat window** in the bottom right of the screen. Note: support will only be available during the hours above but if you leave a message outside hours we will get back to you asap.

#### **Website guidance**

Need help navigating the website or using any of the features? No problem, our friendly staff will be happy to help staff 

#### **Ongoing orders and sales**

If you're buying or selling an item through Lasertrade, and would like to speak to someone about your order, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to answer your questions.

### Here are some of the things our staff cannot help with

#### **Valuations**

Unfortunately, our staff cannot value your items. However, you can view sold listings on the marketplace to see what similar items have sold for in the past.

#### **Purchasing direct**

As a marketplace, Lasertrade does not buy and sell direct. However, listing is free.

#### **Product expertise**

If you would like to know anything specific about a product or manufacturer, you can:

- Research the item/s
- Contact the manufacturer
- Seek expertise elsewhere
