After a buyer has paid a non-refundable order fee on your listing, you will need to complete a condition report. Here's how....

1. Open the condition report link from within your email
You will receive this email after a buyer has paid a non-refundable order fee on your listing.
Caution: While you can complete the condition report on any camera enabled device, it is highly recommended to open the link on a mobile phone, so you can easily move around your items to take quality photos and video.
2. Follow the steps to take photos of your main item
You will be asked to take the following photos of the device you are selling:
- Front
- Right
- Back
- Serial Number
- Left
3. Add additional images
You will be asked to add any additional images and to describe them. These should include:
- All cosmetic defects, including scratches
- All included accessories
- All included consumables
- All included marketing materials
- All included training manuals and materials
- Any other inclusions
- Anything the buyer should be aware of when using the device for the first time
4. Take a video of the device and all inclusions
The next step you will be required to perform a video demonstration. This should highlight:
- Cosmetic condition of the device and included accessories
- All device functionality
- All accessory/s functionality
- Instructions for first time setup and ongoing usage
- Any and all problems or defects
5. Review your condition report
The final part of the report allows you to review the images you have taken before submitting.
If you have missed anything you can add additional images or edit images you have taken.
6. Complete the acknowledgements and submit your report
On the final page you will be asked to answer some questions before you submit.
Answer honestly. The answers to these questions will be included with your condition report to the buyer.
Caution: Your report can take a while to upload (usually up to a few minutes). Wait for the report to be fully uploaded before you refresh or leave the page, otherwise you may need to redo the report.
Warning: If you submit a condition report that is incomplete or not to standard, you may need to repeat the process which will delay your sale.
Additionally, if the buyer receives their order in a condition that does not match what is shown and described in the condition report you provide, they will have the option to return the device at your expense, and receive a full refund.
For this reason it is important to complete the report accurately and honestly without omitting or obscuring any issues or details.
