If the seller has misrepresented the item/s, or if the seller has offered hassle-free returns on the listing, your order may be returned. To get your order returned and refunded, the following process will apply.
1. Await return confirmation
We will confirm the return details with the seller and start organising the return shipment.

2. Prepare for pick up
Once the shipping details have been confirmed, the device pick up will be organised
What you need to do
For devices, complete the pre-delivery checklist to prepare the items for pickup.
Ensure the items are ready to be picked up at the time provided.
3. Await delivery
The courier will pick up the order and deliver it to the seller.
What you need to do
You will be given a date and time for pickup. Ensure that someone is available and the device is ready to picked up.
Once the device is in transit you can sit tight for further updates on delivery.
4. Return Complete
Once delivered, the return will be complete.
What you need to do:
Await the refund of your payment minus:
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping fees (if it is a change of mind refund)
