Standard freight additional requirements

  1. When selecting a box to send the device in (if you do not have the original packaging), ensure it is slightly larger than the device so there is even spacing between the device and the sides of the box.
  2. Ensure you apply appropriate amount of tape to the base of the box. We recommend a H pattern as shown below.
  3. Place a layer of protective material (eg. bubble wrap, packing peanuts) in the base of the box before placing your item inside.
  4. Once the item is inside fill the remainder of the empty space with additional protective material. This is done so the item doesn't move around within the box during transport and has additional protection to any shipping mishaps.
  5. Once you have filled the box with additional protective material close and tape the box using the same H pattern as you used on the base.  Once your box is packed please email us with the final weight and dimensions so we can book in your courier.

It is highly recommended to obtain and apply 'Handle with care' / 'Fragile' stickers to the outside of the box.

Important: Take pictures of the final packaged device to show that you have adhered to the requirements.

In the event of a claim made by the buyer, if you are unable to show evidence to the requirements shown here, you may be liable for any issues found post-delivery.
