Secure Payments for Sellers

Lasertrade provides a safe payment process to protect both buyer and seller. Here's how it helps when selling your item/s.

Buyers payment held securely

Once a buyer has check out your listing they will be required to pay for the sale via the Platform. Payment is made into a secure holding account held in your name with Stripe.

You get paid upon successful completion of the sale

The payment (Minus fees and commissions) will be released to your nominated external bank account once the purchased product has been delivered to and accepted by the buyer. This allows the buyer to ensure they have received their goods in the same condition as advertised.

What if something goes wrong?

If the buyer receives their goods in a state that they claim differs from what was communicated via the listing or conversation, they will have the opportunity to make a claim. If the claim is verified by Lasertrade, then with the payment held securely in Stripe, we will work between the buyer and seller to find the best resolution and outcome for both parties.
