As a seller, you may want to give a buyer a partial refund after they place their order. Here's how.
1. Click the "My Account" button
Available at the top of the page when you are signed in.
2. On the menu that opens, click the "Sales" item.

3. Click on the sale you would like to create a refund for
4. Click the "Provide partial refund" button.
5. Create your refund
Enter the amount you would like to refund to the buyer, and tick the acknowledgement before confirming the refund.
