Easter Holiday trading hours

As the Easter Long Weekend approaches, we’d like to inform you of our customer support schedule. Customer service will be limited from 5PM April 2nd, 2026, until 9AM April 9th, 2026.

During this time:

• Phone support and live chat will be unavailable.
• You can continue to use the Lasertrade marketplace to make offers and purchases as usual.
• Listing approvals may experience delays, but we’ll work to process them as quickly as possible.
• If you have any urgent issues, please email us at info@lasertrade.com.au, and we’ll do our best to assist promptly but there may be delays in responses.
• Conversations on the platform will still be monitored.

Important notice for orders placed during this time:

Support for pickup sales will be very limited during the public holidays but will be available via email from Tuesday , April 7th, 2026. We do suggest you organise any pickups during business hours from then onwards, to ensure our team are available to assist. 

For new shipping orders placed in this period, shipping will be booked from April 9th, 2025 onwards due to limited services being available.
