# Easter Holiday trading hours

As the Easter Long Weekend approaches, we’d like to inform you of our customer support schedule. Customer service will be limited from **5PM April 2nd, 2026, until 9AM April 9th, 2026**.

During this time:

- Phone support and live chat will be unavailable.
- You can continue to use the **Lasertrade marketplace** to make offers and purchases as usual.
- **Listing approvals** may experience delays, but we’ll work to process them as quickly as possible.
- If you have any **urgent issues**, please email us at **info@lasertrade.com.au**, and we’ll do our best to assist promptly but there may be delays in responses.
- **Conversations on the platform** will still be monitored.

**Important notice for orders placed during this time:**

**Support for pickup sales will be very limited during the public holidays but will be available via email from Tuesday , April 7th, 2026. We do suggest you organise any pickups during business hours from then onwards, to ensure our team are available to assist.** 

**For new shipping orders placed in this period, shipping will be booked from April 9th, 2025 onwards due to limited services being available.**
