Holiday trading hours

As the holiday season approaches, we’d like to inform you of our customer support schedule. Customer service will be limited from December 21st, 2024, until January 6th, 2025.

During this time:

  • Phone support and live chat will be unavailable.
  • You can continue to use the Lasertrade marketplace to make offers and purchases as usual.
  • Listing approvals may experience delays, but we’ll work to process them as quickly as possible.
  • If you have any urgent issues, please email us at info@lasertrade.com.au, and we’ll do our best to assist promptly but there may be delays in responses.
  • Conversations on the platform will still be monitored.
