Holiday trading hours

As the holiday season approaches, we’d like to inform you of our customer support schedule. Customer service will be limited from 5PM December 18th, 2025, until 9AM January 5th, 2025.

During this time:

  • Phone support and live chat will be unavailable.
  • You can continue to use the Lasertrade marketplace to make offers and purchases as usual.
  • Listing approvals may experience delays, but we’ll work to process them as quickly as possible.
  • If you have any urgent issues, please email us at info@lasertrade.com.au, and we’ll do our best to assist promptly but there may be delays in responses.
  • Conversations on the platform will still be monitored.

Important notice for orders placed during this time:

Support for pickup sales will be very limited, we do suggest you organise any pickups during regular weekday trade hours before 5PM December 18th, 2025, until 9AM January 5th, 2025, to ensure our team are available to assist. 

For new shipping orders placed in this period, shipping will be booked from January 5th, 2025 onwards due to limited services being available.
