An accepted claim against delivered item/s may result in a return and refund. This article explains the return process for sellers.
1. Pay return shipping
If the buyers claim is accepted you will be notified if they have opted for a return and refund.
What you need to do
Pay the return shipping fees within the timeframe provided.
Warning: If you refuse to pay for the return shipping within the timeframe provided, the refund will administered to the buyer. If this happens, Lasertrade cannot ensure that the device will be safely returned.
2. Await delivery
You will be updated as the return is delivered back to you.
What you need to do
Sit tight while the item is being transported.
For additional protection on the items being returned, you can organise your own freight insurance.
If something goes wrong
For any issues, you can contact the courier directly. If you are having trouble with the courier you can contact us and we can do our best to assist.
3. Return complete
Once your device has been returned, the buyers payment will be refunded.
